Take a tour through camp with us.

Cabin Tour

Nestled between the dunes and the maritime forest along the entrance to the North Edisto River you will find our 17 beachfront cabins. These cabins become home to nearly 1,000 campers each summer.

Each features a common living space with 10 bunk beds, ample room for getting ready each day, two private showers, and two private restrooms. You will also find that each cabin features its own outdoor porch with views of either the nearby dunes, maritime forest or estuary.

As you venture along our boardwalks, you will find that not each cabin will look the same; however they will all have the same amenities for campers to utilize during their stay with us and the same access to our beautiful waterfront.

We can’t wait to host you for another summer camp season!

Outdoor Spaces

Hidden among the dunes on the coast of Seabrook Island you will find the many beautiful outdoor spaces of Camp St. Christopher.

Most notably is our outdoor campfire pit near the palmetto cross with direct views of our  estuary; this space is home to many fun filled evenings of songs, games, s’mores and laughter. Across the boardwalk you will find our beach volleyball court, basketball court, gaga ball, and outdoor snack area called Canteen.

Along the beach outside our campus is our Boat House, which is home to our fleet of kayaks and Sunfish sailboats used each day during our time on the waterfront. Farther down the beach, protected between the maritime forest and the marsh is our famous mud pit. Each session campers are given the opportunity to dip their toes or go full steam ahead into this naturally occurring ecosystem and become one with the fiddlers.

If you venture down our Crab Dock Road, you will also come upon our outdoor Archery range, which features four targets of differing distances before eventually reaching our private Crab Dock on Privateer Creek.

Indoor Spaces

When staying with us at Camp St. Christopher, campers will often visit the Chapel of the Palms. This chapel has been used for decades as an intentional space for communal worship, teachings, and lesson-driven skits and games. Countless lives of campers and counselors alike have been impacted by the good news and community shared in this space.

As you exit the building and walk briefly down one of our many connecting boardwalks, you will find Bishop Thomas Hall which is equipped with tables and chairs, used during the summer for indoor activities like Arts and Crafts. Across from the porch of Bishop Thomas Hall is our Rec Hall. This open air building is a favorite amongst summer campers; filled with memories of games like noodle hockey and dodgeball or talent shows and dances. Your camper is sure to leave this space with several memories of their own.

As you enter through the gates of St. Christopher, one of the first buildings you will see is Susanna’s House; which is the multipurpose space where you will check in with your child. It is also where they will enjoy each of their meals with their cabin mates in our dining hall and use our indoor climbing wall during activity periods.

There is so much in store for your camper here and we can’t wait to welcome you!
